Shipping policy

To qualify for same-day local delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be delivered the following day. To see if you are within our service area, simply enter your address at checkout. Delivery charges will vary by the distance and the total value of your order. DO NOT use Express Checkout for local delivery i.e., Apple Pay. You must manually enter your address through Traditional Checkout. 

All domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS, or USPS within 24 business hours of the time you place your order. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipments to arrive. Shipping charges and time will vary depending on the weight and distance of your package from our warehouse. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 a.m. EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will not begin processing until the following business day.

We are not responsible for any stolen packages or packages that are undeliverable due to user error, i.e., the address is entered incorrectly by the customer. 

Refused shipment will not be entitled to any refund.
